WOMEN'S HEALTH & THE HOCATT™

HOCATT™ is a bio-chamber that delivers a combination of modalities perfectly sequenced to give a gentle, but incredibly powerful session, that boosts energy and detoxes your body down to cellular level. The main modality is Transdermal Ozone, which is generated from pure Oxygen —

you can think of Ozone as a Super-Oxygen!

OZONE & WOMEN'S HEALTH
Research shows that the most common health issues faced by women can be overcome with Ozone — it can even be used for gynecological issues such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and vaginitis. Most women have at some stage in their life experienced some form of vaginitis (e.g. thrush),

which can be 100% eliminated by Ozone Insufflation

HOCATT™ & WOMEN'S HEALTH
The HOCATT™ was specially designed with women in mind: it has an extra ozone generator dedicated to performing OPTIONAL vaginal Ozone-Oxygen insufflations and breast cupping. Inside the HOCATT™ chamber, first Carbonic Acid and then Ozone mix with the steam and cover the skin, hence it is a Transdermal application. The Ozone steam purifies the skin and removes toxins, enhancing the vitality of the skin. It is also fantastic for skin problems, such as eczema and psoriasis.

HORMONES

The HOCATT  technologies and Endocrine FSM frequencies have also helped many women suffering from Perimenopausal  and menopausal symptoms which may include:

  • Period changes – can become lighter or heavier, more frequent or more irregular.

  • Hot Flushes

  • Night Sweats

  • Sleep Problems

  • Fatigue

  • Brain Fog/ Poor Concentration/ Poor Memory

  • Mood Changes – mood swings/sadness/low mood/depression/irritability/anger

  • Loss of enjoyment of life

  • Anxiety

  • Heart Palpitations

  • Skin Changes – dry or itchy.

  • Joint and muscle pains

  • Urinary changes – increased need to urinate especially overnight.

  • Reduced sex drive/arousal

  • Vaginal changes - dryness/itching/burning

  • Hair thinning or loss

The Endocrine system is responsible for releasing hormones into your blood while continuously monitoring the levels. Hormones deliver their messages by locking into the cells they target so they can relay the message. You have more than 50 different hormones, and they affect nearly all aspects of your health — directly or indirectly. Some examples include:

  • Metabolism.

  • Homeostasis (constant internal balance), such as blood pressure and blood sugar regulation, fluid (water) and electrolyte balance and body temperature.

  • Growth and development.

  • Sexual function.

  • Reproduction.

  • Sleep-wake cycle.

  • Mood.

For anyone not wanting to start HRT or who isnt at the stage to take HRT, the HOCATT can help manage the symptoms associated with Perimenapause.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT & BEAUTY

HOCATT™ may be effective in helping women with Lipoedema. Lipoedema (or also referred to as Lipedema) is an abnormal build-up of fat in your legs and sometimes arms. It can be painful and affect daily life. Our goal is to help treat the symptoms of Lipedema by reducing inflammation, managing pain, improve lymphatic flow and increase energy levels.

We are not medical professionals and do not offer medical advice. We treat the symptoms and help alleviate the pain associated with Lipoedema. Signs that you may have lipedema can include:

  • Fat accumulates in the hips and legs - A predisposition to accumulate fat in the hips and legs, rather than evenly throughout the body.

  • Fat can sometimes gather abnormally, “clumping” in areas like the outer hips and thighs.

  • Weight loss will first affect the upper body, leaving the legs disproportionately large.

  • Legs often feel tender to the touch - Even light pressure can cause pain.

  • Patients may report strange, hard-to-describe sensations in the legs.

    • i.e. “creepy-crawley”

    • Restless legs - Legs may also be restless at night

  • May report easy bruising of the legs, even without a known injury.

  • Hypermobility in joints is common.

How is lipedema treated?

The treatment for lipedema first requires an accurate diagnosis. Many healthcare providers are not familiar with lipedema. If you suspect you have lipedema but have not been diagnosed, you may want to consider seeing a specialist. Medical professionals are typically well-informed about the most common causes of leg pain and they can help rule-out other causes or contributors to your symptoms. Typical treatment for lipedema includes:

  • Compression - Compression garments help to force inflammatory products out of the legs and prevent them from building back up. Should be worn during the day and removed at night, prior to bedtime. Consistent use of well-fitting compression garments can help reduce the remodeling and enlargement of affected limbs.

  • Diet - Lipedema patients may benefit from an anti-inflammatory diet.

    • Avoid processed and pre-made foods and opt for whole-food, homemade options.

    • Avoid saturated fats and meats and opt for a plant-based diet with occasional lean proteins.

    • Eat more fruits and veggies.

    • Drink plenty of water.

    • Incorporate natural anti-inflammatories, like garlic and turmeric, into your cooking or add a supplement.

    • Weight management is important to slow disease progression. More fat = more opportunity for symptoms to develop or worsen.

  • Exercise

    • Regular, low-impact exercise can help to manually force inflammatory products in the tissues out of the legs.

    • Exercise may also help to reduce the symptoms of hormonal fluctuations.

  • Lymphatic Drainage massage - Helps eliminate toxins and enhance the movement of lymphatic fluid. MLD has been shown to increase the speed and efficiency of lymphatic drainage, aiding in the reduction of swelling and promoting tissue healing. It also supports immune function by facilitating the transport of immune cells throughout the body.

Although there is no specific cure, lipedema can be well-managed like many other chronic health concerns. With proper diagnosis and treatment, many lipedema patients experience a significant improvement in symptoms and do well long-term.

When it comes to your skin, Carbonic Acid and Ozone are the best applications for rejuvenation and beauty:
