Service Description

Before your treatment - Shave the treatment areas 24 hours prior to appointment. - No fake tans on treatment areas. - Unfortunately, we cannot treat over tattoos with our laser. We can treat around the tattooed areas with a gap of 3cm. - Some medications may make this treatment inadvisable - Do not wax in the 4 weeks leading up to your appointment as pigment is required in the hair follicle for the laser to identify the hair and treatment to be effective. - Allow 2 weeks prior to your treatment if you have had incidental sun exposure (stayed in the shade for the majority of the time during sunny periods, with or without SPF on). - Avoid Using Topical Creams, moisturizers, body oils, colognes or perfumes to the area being treated 24 hours prior to treatment. Ensure all fake tan is removed and there is no residual fake tan present on the skin 24 hours before your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We will endeavour to send out reminder text or emails 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
