HIFU treatment for the Neck

Service Description

HIFU deliver precise pin pricks of ultrasonic energy to the 3 critical layers of the skin without damaging the surface. This ultrasound energy heats the tissue causing an inflammatory response which in turn activates our immune healing process, stimulating collagen production and renewal. This has the effect of lifting, firming and tightening the skin. Our treatment includes the following: - Double cleanse - Gentle AHA/BHA peel - Advance 7D HIFU - Hydrating Mask - Moisturizer - SPF30 We use different cartridges to target the various layers. The 3mm cartridge will boost collagen in the mid dermis layer, plumping and improving skin texture and reducing skin imperfections. The 4.5mm cartridge targets the deeper SMAS layer which connects the skin to the muscles, lifting and tightening the skin. The 2mm cartridge is a macro-focused cartridge which has a wider shallower beam targeting the superficial layer and allowing us to get in to hard-to-reach areas. How long does it take to see results? After your HIFU treatment, you will see some slight plumping, but the best results will come after 2 - 3 months after. Your body will continue to regenerate collagen for the next 6 months after the initial treatment. How long will HIFU last? Results from HIFU treatments can last for a year or more. We cannot give a more definite time frame since results vary depending on an individual’s collagen production process and other lifestyle factors that could affect ageing. How does it work? HIFU treatments use high-frequency ultrasound energy to target tissues under the skin surface. Each probe has a different depth. For the face, the therapist delivers 2 passes, one with a focal depth of 4.5mm and one with 3.0mm. One HIFU session for each client is about 400 to 600 shots, depending on the treated area and size. The special 2mm is smaller to target areas around the eyes and mouth. The treatment triggers the body’s natural wound healing response results in the formation of new collagen. We continue to age every day, so we recommend pairing the treatment with a maintenance program. Adding skin treatments in-between like dermal needling to help the skin texture and reduce fine lines can also generate better results along with a good home care routine and products.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We will endeavor to send out reminder text or emails 24 hours prior to your appointment. For some treatments we do charge a deposit on booking due to the therapists time and equipment being utilized for that time period. Unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a % of the treatment cost cancellation fee and for treatments where a deposit is paid, the deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.
