Our personalized 30 minute hair loss consultation is your first step toward understanding the cause and finding real solutions. During your private session with a hair health expert, we’ll assess your scalp, review your medical history, and discuss lifestyle factors to pinpoint the root of the issue. Whether it's genetic, hormonal, stress-related, or something else, we’ll guide you through treatment options tailored to your needs. We offer In Clinic treatments, a wide range of home care products and supplements to help address your concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We will endeavor to send out reminder text or emails 24 hours prior to your appointment. For some treatments we do charge a deposit on booking due to the therapists time and equipment being utilized for that time period. Unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a % of the treatment cost cancellation fee and for treatments where a deposit is paid, the deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.
