Service Description

This is a 30 minute consultation with one of our therapists to discuss what you wish to achieve and how we can best guide you with recommendations and various options.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We will endeavor to send out reminder text or emails 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
